yes, we are legally required to have security during all events. this is contracted out to a 3rd party but must be cordinated through the event space due to legalities. Security is required to be paid by the vendor utilizing The Trimble. We use multiple different vendors but the minimum is 5 hours for one guard with a cost of $35-40 an hour.

we are able to host events as early as you desire however, we must apply with all laws pertaining to alcohol service

yes, our shuttle bus can transport up to 40 people at a time to the downtown district after events – this must be coordinated and is an extra cost

no, we are only allowed to serve alcohol legally from our bar. do not bring alcohol into the trimble.

in the rental fee we supply event security and our staff which will maintain bar service and we will have staff on ground to manage the lights and sound.  We also have a in house DJ to support your needs. 

Parking is limited around the area so we highly suggest taking ubers to any event at the trimble. however, there is parking across the street from our venue.  the parking lot next to the building is only for The Trimble staff and event staff personell

Small Clear bags only are allowed. Medium to large backs will not be allowed inside and all bags are allowed to be search by security

Events that are private events can allow all ages in the builidng but security and bar staff will require ID’s before serving any alcohol

there is no smoking permitted inside The Trimble (including e/cigarettes and vapes) We do have an outdoor patio section accessible to our guests.

you must have a valid photo ID issued by either the state or federal government.  Military ID, passports, drivers licenses, are all examples of proper ID. Birth certificates and student ID’s are not proper ID and will not be accepted. 

Paper ID’s will only be accepted if issued by the state of TN. TN paper ID’s will only be accepted for 20 days after the date of issuance. Paper ID’s from other states and / or entities will not be accepted.

all tabs left open at the bar will automatically give a 20% gratuity. if you left your credit card / id at the bar shoot us a text or call at 615-968-4415 and we will do our best to find it and return it to you.

we are a cashless bar – You may tip our staff in cash but we do not accept cash for drink services
